Prof. Shen Renfang is a leading researcher in soil fertility, plant nutrition and plant physiology. He was the winner of National Outstanding Youth Foundation. He joined the Institute in 1989.
Hua Wei

Hua Wei obtained the Bachelor's degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2001 and has long been engaged in the management of state-owned enterprises.
Yan Xiaoyuan
Deputy Director
Prof. Yan Xiaoyuan is devoted to the research in biogeochemical cycle of soil carbon and nitrogen, greenhouse gas emission from agriculture, agricultural nonpoint source pollution. He received his PhD in 1998 in ISSCAS.
Gai Yonghua

Dr. Gai Yonghua received her doctorate degree from Nanjing Normal University in 2007 and joined the Institute in 2024.
