Prof. Rattan Lal at Ohio State University, Prof. Xiaojuan Feng at Institute of Botany, CAS, Dr. Sabine Grunwald at University of Florida and Prof. Tida Ge at Ningbo University shared their latest researches in topics of “managing soils for adaptation and mitigation of anthropogenic climate change”, “molecular alterations of soils organic matter in alpine grasslands under warming”, “global assessment of soil carbon” and “characteristics of paddy soil: specifics in dynamics in organic carbon cycling”.
This free webinar on soils and climate change is one in a series of collaborative efforts by the two societies to strengthen the transfer of soil science knowledge and experience as the planet deals with issues of food security, climate change, and environmental management.
