Dr. Yuxin Tong Came to Visit ISSCAS
On November 7, 2023, Dr. Yuxin Tong, FAO Land and Water Officer of Global Soil Partnership (GSP)Secretariat, had a visit in our institute and communication with Vice President Prof. Xiaoyuan Yan and officers of the Division of Research Planning and Cooperation.
Prof. Xiaoyuan Yan gave an introduction about the institute and the Soil Science Society of China (SSSC) while Dr. Yuxin Tong presented FAO GSP Secretariat’s work and FAO website, and expressed his hope of a closer relationship with ISSCAS and SSSC in soil knowledge sharing, global soil pollution control, food security, climate change alleviation and soil lawmaking in the future.
