National Engineering Laboratory of Soil Nutrient Management was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2011. The laboratory focuses on four major research fields: 1) the key technology and its supporting systems, products and equipment of soil degradation resistance control and obstacle factor reduction; 2) the key techniques and its supporting systems, products and equipment of soil fertility cultivation and organic wastes reuse; 3) the key techniques and its supporting systems, products and equipment of the precision management of soil nutrition and fertilization recommendation; 4) creating high efficiency and low cost new fertilizers, and large-scale production technology, equipment and products.
