The institute signed a cooperation agreement With Jiangsu's largest fertilizer companies  the Middle East Group Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu green hills Chemical Group Co., Ltd. to enhance technology transfer, promoting enterprise development.

One aquatic development Co., Ltd. successfully commissioned in June 2008.
